AN EXTENTION FOR YOUR FAMILY IN HOME CARE
Do you or a loved one need non-emergency transportation to a doctors or hospital appointment? Let Extended Help be of service to you.
We facilitate all greater Grand Rapids, MI locations and will provide services to Ann Arbor and Battle Creek Veterans Hospital (VA) Medical Centers.
If possible, appointments should be made two weeks in advance to secure your service.
Individuals needing transportation must be capable in administering their own medical prescriptions and care. Will assist with wheelchairs, walkers, and other hand-held medical devices.
We will need the following information to schedule an appointment:– Medical Facility Name
– Doctor's name
– Address
– Procedure
– Length of the appointment
– After care support
